Maart - Keppel clinches US$177 million deepwater semi upgrade
Keppel FELS Limited has secured a US$177 million contract for the upgrading of a semisubmersible (semi) drilling rig Blackford Dolphin for Blackford Dolphin Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fred. Olsen Energy ASA.
